Our little "alien" waving hello!
In the ultrasound video we could already see arms and legs kicking around. A-mah-zing.

(Mark your calendars for sometime between April 10th and April 17th! It'll be a scheduled section.)
Sunrise by Nichole Nordeman
If I had the chance
To go back again
Take a different road, bear a lighter load
Tell an easy story
I would walk away
With my yesterdays
And I would not trade what is broken for beauty only
Every valley
Every bitter chill
Made me ready to climb back up the hill
And find that . . .
You are sunrise
You are blue skies
How would I know the morning
If I knew not midnight?
You’re my horizon
You’re the light of a new dawn
So thank You, thank You
That after the long night, You are sunrise
There’s a moment when
Faith caves in
There’s a time when every soul is certain God is gone
But every shadow is evidence of sun
And every tomorrow holds out hope for us
For every one of us
You are sunrise
You are blue skies
How would I know the morning
If I knew not midnight?
You’re my horizon
You’re the light of a new dawn
So thank You, thank You
That after the long night, You are sunrise
You alone will shine
You alone can resurrect this heart of mine
You are sunrise
You are blue skies
How would I know the morning
If I knew not midnight?
You’re my horizon
You’re the light of a new dawn
So thank You, thank You
That after the long night, You are sunrise
You are sunrise

Congratulations, Shannon! That is wonderful news. I also wanted to thank you for recommending the book "After the Boxes are Unpacked: Moving On After Moving In". It has provided me with comfort and validation of my feelings with our move.
Again, congrats. What a blessed time for you and your family!

Shannon, I've just nominated you for a blog award on my blog. Check it out!
I'm not sure how I got to your blog (other than God's leading!)...through someone from Harding, I think. But congratulations on quatro!! You can read my blog for more details, but we lost a daughter, Ruby Anne, at 24 weeks on, deep breath, SEPTEMBER 6, 2006. When I saw your counter I had to catch my breath. I'm so sorry you know what we've been through. I also read back a little and see that you no longer live where precious Olivia is buried. We are in Nashville now where she is buried, but are probably moving away very soon. Not as far as you, but I think God knew I needed to know it would be okay to move away. I've been feeling guilt/stress about "leaving" her even though obviously I know there's nothing I can do here for her. Your video is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your precious girl. Thank you for letting God use you to bless me and bring me peace today. God is so good, even through the internet!!
congratulations! That is awesome. I'm so happy for you guys.
Shannon- I'm so happy for you and your family. I look forward to hearing more about your pregnancy in the coming months. Prayers for a healthy baby and momma.
Yippie Skippie!

What an awesome thing! We are so happy for you and Greg! We will be praying for you as you carry this sweet baby!!!

Shannon, I am so proud of you. You faith is so amazing. I am glad that your family is here in Jax. I can see that you guys have so many people out west that love you and miss you. I am blessed to know you, and so excited about the new baby. What beautiful pictures. I look forward to every step of the way. Please know you have my support and prayers. Love you, Amanda Lee
PS I sooo needed to hear that song.
Oh Wow!, how wonderful. I'm so happy for you and your family :)
Congrats!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! We are so very happy for all of you.
Shannon - it was just GREAT to see you and your sweet family this morning at Argyle...it made my day! I told Chad it makes me want to attend Argyle C of C just so we could have more of an opportunity to see each other...there just aren't many youngun's at our church and although it's a great congregation and VERY convenient location,...I love how Argyle has such a "family" feel to it - SO glad you guys have gotten settled in there! And what a fun surprise to learn about your pregnancy!!! You look great...when I was 12 weeks preggers with Rauly, I felt green from nausea and my stomach was already so big that I couldn't button my pants - what I would've given to have your glowing complexion, cute hair and flat stomach! :) Can't wait to get together soon...I'll call you!
I could not have been happier when Jill told us the good news. It was the week we were going to deliver so I, of course, cried! You are all in our prayers...CONGRATS!!
Hi Shannie, Shannie, BoBo Banani,
I think of you more times each day than you can imagine and pray for you Greg and the kiddos lots and lots. You are such a good mother and the best daughter anyone could have. The family photo of little Quatro looks great! I love the song--the words just say it all. Your faith and trust in the Lord inspires me and moves me to better things. Love and hugs, Dad.
I found you through Teale - Congratulations!!
Shan,
I stopped by Olivia's marker today in honor of October 15th and sat by it for a while. Cried some, touched the little hand prints and thought a lot about you. It looks really good and I think next week I am going to take 'fall themed' arrangement to put in the vase.
Love you,
Vera
good grief Shannon, as if I wasn't emotional enough...thanks for the shout out and I am so glad everything looks ok with baby. My prediction is a boy btw!
Hi Shannon! I'm doing some blog catch up. Congratulations if I haven't told you yet. That ultrasound is SO cool! wow You and bebe will be in our continued prayers!
