I have to give props to my sweet pea. Bailey decided that she wanted to get her ears pierced the day before we moved. We had been to get her ears done several times. Once she even made it to the chair and had her ear lobes marked.
I had my doubts but... she did it!
I am so proud of her bravery. Maybe next she'll want a tattoo...just joking of course! She has to wait until she's at least 8!
We are looking forward to making it to the 6 week mark so we can change out the earrings! She already has a stash of new styles that she is waiting to try on.
Way to go BoBo!

I love that you were taking pictures during the process. It must've helped deal with the fears you felt for her! What a great face at the end!
She is SO cute!
WHOOO HOOO BAILEY!!!
So sweet...She's probably kicking herself for not doing it sooner!
So cute:) I am glad yall made it to FL and it looks like you are starting to get settled in:)
GOOOO BAILEY!! That is awesome and she looks so very proud!!! :) How is Florida??
You look great, Bailey! Mackenzie (3 1/2 yr) has been asking to get her ears pierced. I figure within the next 6 months she may really do it, too! Who knows? I love your new look, Bailey. :)
How exciting!! She is so cute! I hope that you are adjusting to life in Florida. Jill's blog about your friendship with her made me get all teary!!
You need to post some more!!! We miss you!

OK...I'm kind of slow. I made a comment months back and you commented on my blog and I just today...3 months later have read that comment. Let me say WELCOME TO JACKSONVILLE. I hope you love it here as much as we do! I live off of Racetrack Road and we absolutely love it here.
Have you found a church yet? If not I would love to invite you to ours...we go to First Baptist Church downtown Jacksonville...same church as Trayc and Yvette. In fact, have known them since we were all in high school.
Now...onto the ear piercing...My oldest daughter had hers done at least 4 times before she was willing to go the whole road and keep them in long enough to stay pierced.
My middle daughter had hers done twice.
My Baby is the only one who did it and kept them the first time...could be because we got hers done when she was still a baby. Now 8 years later we've never had one problem with hers.
Where will Bailey go to school or have you decided to try your hand at homeschooling?
Drop me a line...I would love to connect with you. I have three daughters and live here in St. Johns county.
